What is Rivaclo?
Rivaclo is an online fashion store founded in the Netherlands, specializing in timeless, elegant, and quality clothing at affordable prices. We offer a combination of trendy pieces and durable classics, suitable for everyday life, work, and special occasions. Our clothing is exclusively available in France.
Are the delivery fees free?

Yes. Standard delivery in France is free for all orders.

No additional handling or preparation fees are applied at the time of payment.

What are the delivery times?
  • Processing time : 1 to 2 business days
  • Estimated delivery time : 3 to 5 business days after shipping

The total time is usually 4 to 7 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link.

Do you deliver internationally?
No. We currently deliver only in France.
What is your return policy?

You benefit from a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days, and Rivaclo additionally offers an extended return period of 30 days from the date of delivery.

For your return to be accepted:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition
  • The original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Are the return fees my responsibility?
  • Defective, damaged, or non-compliant item: return is free
  • Change of mind / withdrawal: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

No restocking fee is applied.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

After receiving and inspecting your return:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days
  • The refund is made to the original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, the appearance time may take up to 14 business days
Can I exchange an item?

Yes. To request an exchange, please contact our customer service.

Depending on stock availability, we may offer you an exchange or advise you to return the item for a refund and then place a new order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payment methods offered through Shopify. Payments are processed in an encrypted and secure manner. Rivaclo never stores your full payment data.

Are my personal and payment details secure?

Yes. Your data is protected in accordance with the GDPR.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which applies high security standards. We never sell your personal data.

I haven't received my order, what should I do?

Start by checking the tracking link received by email.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled or modified only before shipping.

Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you can make a return in accordance with our refund policy.
